White Ladder Aviation

Quality System & Approach

White Ladder Aviation operates under a documented Quality Control System aligned with FAA Part 145 requirements and industry best practices. Our system emphasizes traceability, controlled processes, proper documentation, and calibrated tooling for every inspection. All NDT procedures follow written practices that meet or exceed ASTM standards, and every task is performed by qualified personnel under the oversight of an authorized inspector. Our goal is simple: ensure each part evaluated meets the highest standards of safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

References to Manuals & Procedures

White Ladder Aviation operates under a full suite of FAA-accepted manuals governing our maintenance and inspection activities, including our Repair Station & Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), Training Program Manual, Forms Manual, and NDT Written Practice. These documents define our procedures for receiving, inspection, NDT processes, equipment control, return-to-service, training, calibration, and recordkeeping.

While these manuals are controlled documents and not published publicly, WLA makes relevant procedural information available to customers and FAA inspectors upon request and maintains all documentation in accordance with 14 CFR Part 145 and applicable ASTM standards.
