Company History
White Ladder Aviation was founded by a multigenerational aviation family with more than five decades of combined aircraft maintenance and inspection experience. After years of working in airline maintenance, component repair facilities, and NDT environments, the founders recognized a growing need for small, highly disciplined repair stations that deliver precise inspection results and consistent turnaround times. White Ladder Aviation was created to meet that need. Built from the ground up with FAA Part 145 certification in mind, WLA combines hands-on technical expertise with a modern, safety-driven quality system to support operators, MROs, stockists, teardown suppliers, and airline parts organizations.
Non-Destructive Testing
White Ladder Aviation performs nondestructive testing in accordance with ASTM E1417, ASTM E165, NAS 410, and FAA 14 CFR Part 145 requirements.
FAA Part 145 Repair Station
Certified to perform aircraft accessory component inspection, functional testing, and servicing.
Accessory Component Expertise
Specialized in thermal, pressure, and environmental control units, supported by calibrated LR Cal functional test equipment and OEM-aligned procedures.
Nondestructive Testing Services
Currently offering dye penetrant (PT) inspection with magnetic particle (MT) capability planned for early 2026.
